Yes it is cheating. You have a commitment to that person and that is the only person you are supposed to have sex with. If there are problems and there is no sex, then talk to your partner or go to counseling. Having an affair is the coward's way out. Only people who have no self respect or self restraint resort to cheating. If you don't want to be with your spouse get a divorce.

Yes it is cheating!!!!!!!!!! You are in a relationship and trying to start a new one. Ask him if it is cheating and see what he says. What is yours is his, and what is his is yours.....noone elses.
