Any one remember a book about a jewish family called "the stepping stone sisters" ??

there was a series of books about a jewish family, 5 or 6 sisters and there baby brother. I read them in grade school (1970's) and wanted to get them for my libary. I don't know if the titles were "the stepping stone sisters" but thats what comes to mind.

The 1st book in the set was called 'All-of-a-Kind Family'. There are several books in the set, 'More All-of-a-Kind Family', 'All-of-a-Kind Family Uptown', 'Ella of All-of-a-Kind Family', and a couple of others that I don't remember offhand. There were 5 sisters-Ella, Henny, Sarah, Charlotte, and Gertie. Their baby brother, Charlie, was born during the first book. They are by Sidney Taylor. Our library still carries them. Hope this helps.
