It's not that its bad but Id also say try avatars, they're better coz you can play and change it anytime you like without the fuss and without the worry of thinking what others think about your picture.
Still, you can change it back to your own picture if you really want to.

I don't see any thing wrong with either. One answer you got was a pretty good one I thought and that was use this one for a while and then switch.

I like the one you have better. But it is nice to switch every now and then. But I like avatars cause you can do so much with them, they are fun.
