Legally in the USA, yes. You lack some maturity if you have to ask the question though. You're probably not ready. Grow up a little, experience life a bit more, and then go for it! Have a blast while doing all of this too!

Yeah ....ur old enough , infact boys lose their virginity mostly when they are 18 . However having first sex at the age of 16 is also not unheard of ....Dont worry u can have sex ,and u will do just fine but take precautions .....Like learn abt hw to use condoms ....as long as u have safe sex there are no problems ..

Before worrying whether you are old enough to have sex, concentrate on your spelling skills.
Once you have improved your spelling and english skills worry about your sex life. May be you are not mature enough for such actions.
