I think it goes a little deeper than the state of the economy. It seems Lil Wayne is making tongue in cheek criticism of Western capitalist democracies. We live in such a consumer driven society that financial or material gain is the be all and end all to a lot of people's existence. With this line he is pointing out that this self-centered mentality has reduced our perception of women to being commodities. "F*cking bitches" is seen as routine and monotonous as "getting money", and Wayne is clearly making a stand for family and commitment and advocating a mutual respect for women as equals by throwing it in your face like that.

I would assume "LMFO" is an acronym for, "Laughing My Face Off" unless you mean, "LMAO" or, "LMFAO". The term, "LMAO" means, "Laughing My A#% Off", where as "LMFAO" has an added verb, "Laughing My F%$#ing A#% Off"
