Some do because they are not killing anything, and it is a by product not the actual meat. For most of them it is not only about the meat being bad, but crulty to animals. There is nothing cruel about swallowing. But all this brings up another interesting question. If they hate meat why would they put it in their mouths in the first place?

Yes, they swallow their food when they are eating.
If this is referring to a sexual practice; then being a vegan is irrelevant to that. That's a personal choice seperate from the choice and practice of being a vegan.

I would think that since that is a very natural body product that it could be swallowed by vegans & not destroy their diet or beliefs.

Vegans swallow, they only let live meat pass their lips. If its dead below the hips its not going in the lipsl

Yes they just don't swallow meat or anything that wasn't grown (plant sources).
