I am very fair skinned and no matter how good the razor, I keep getting bumps and in-grown hairs and it hurts. I like to be total shaved, do you have suggestions to stop the bumps or any products out there that you dont get razor bumps?

I use my wifes special soapy razor made for intimate shaving. When you get bumps, back off on the frequency of the shaving cycles. You can save certain sensitive areas by shaving different creative design. After a while the skin will get more used to the razor, and the skin will become less irritataed. Try applying Aloe vera Gell right after the shave, and on the newly shavin area at least three times a day.

Use a new razor each time you shave the personal area.....and shave against the hair....that's what I do and I don't get bumps at all. Plus..if you shave regularly the bumps stop, as the skin gets more accustomed to being hairless

Also, don't wear panties that have stitching or rhinestones or anything else because that will irritate a fresh shave too.

Yes, two things, a good NEW razor, and "Coochy Cream" it's a shaving cream, for all body parts, private, legs, it even says it can be used as shampoo (I wouldn't do that though). It's excellent - no more bumps. It's for men and woman. I got my husband turned on to it, he has sensitive skin.

Use Johnson's baby wash. It is about the same consistency as "coochie Cream" but a forth the price. Use lotion after you get dried off and try to shave daily to make your skin get used to it.

New razor, every time. I soak in a hot bath for a few minutes first, then when you get out, Visine. Works well for hubby and me.

if your old enough the local adult store will have a cream called Hoochie that works to help that. its for shaving so it can go anywhere. otherwise keep shaving and eventually they wont appear so much nor will it hurt or itch if you keep it shaved.
