I thought Brazil were not at their very best this time which saddened me a lot. Their early exit is something that I could not even think of in my nightmares. I think they did not have a good striking partership in Ronaldo and Adriano. Adriano was highly ineffective on the field. I barely saw him running on the field. Ronaldo was finally coming through but we cannot expect him to score goals in every game. He was missing a striking partner. Whenever Brazil gets a partership going, they become unstoppable and can display the flair and the vibrant for which they are known all over the world. . In 1994, they had two awesome strikers in Romario and Bebeto and in 2002, Rivaldo and Ronaldo formed a brilliant partnership and tore apart the defense of the opponents . I hope and pray in 2010, they will be able to forge a strong partnership like these two they have had in 1994 and 2002. Any thoughts or comments ?

yeah they were bad this world cup. i think its because the team was made up of selfish players that always wanted to be the ones to score and save the team. they had no loyalty to one another, no chemistry.

it was sad to see such a "favorite" team like Brazil '06 not be able to take off like they did in years past. I think they took it pretty hard down in Brazil, too. I heard in a sports news program that Ronaldinho even APOLOGIZED for not measuring up to everyone's expectations! i know it's heartbreaking, and it will take time--lots of time-- to get over the disappointment of these turn of events.Nobody expected France or Italy to go as far as they did, so there's alot of people worldwide that are looking around wondering "what just happened here??"

i totally agree with titawidthegoldenvoice and born_in_brazil's answer of this question. what a heart-breaking to see brazil been knocked out by france, i am always a huge fan of brazil no matter what! even though they did not play as well as all the people expected them to, i am stil a loyal supporter of brazil. i think they are stil no. team in the world. next WC 2010, they gonna ROCK! just wait and see... i believe in brazil and so do all of the fans!

p.s. I am not brazillian

If they had a strong partnership in 1994 and 2002, I watched two different world cup.

The only thing I can say it that now we all have to wait 4 MORE YEARS to see that Magic from the brasilian team. No they didn't do good this time around but heck, they can't win every year. I'm very proud of my team and will be there for them wether they win on lose.

Mark my words ' WC 2010, Brasil will win it's 6Th victory in the WC' !

Ufff...just when i was starting to get over this!! Man,i must tell you...that game with France was whack! I was in mourning,i swtiched off my cell phone, didnt wanna talk to nobody, cried till not only my eyes but my face was swollen...i was heartbroken..

Honestly, they didnt work their BRAZILIAN MAGIC in that game with France and it was almost as though they LET the frenchfries win! I dont know...all i know though FOR A FACT is that im a die-hard Brazilian fan and being a fan means that you gotta stand by your team through thick and thin..and still support them even if they lose..coz after all, they are human! 2010 is gonna be the 6th,u just wait and see!! :)
