Each country in the world could pair with another and form a football team and then fight it out in that WC. So I would suggest Italy joins France. --Portugal could form a team with England... Portugal would cheat left right and centre and England would bullshit their way to the Cup by accusing everybody else of cheating. Port and England would be invencible at penalty shootouts. The Portugal and England team would be invencible and the WCup of 2010 would be theirs. Should the POR/ENG team face France, the clash would be infinitely exciting... Roonie's ball crushing against ZZ's headbutting. The referee ? Definitely the one in the Portugal-Holland game. How about that for an idea for a new WC since its present form appears to be dead !!????

Oh that would be so great!!! Then Football will turn into NHL-style ice hockey!!! I can see it now: defenders playing Materazzi-style defense; that is: essentially ramming whoever has the ball and leaving them for dead on the pitch. Then if things got really bad we could get Zidane-style headbutts and see punches and legs flying all over the place. Yahooooo!!!!

Can you imagine the MESS these arrangements would create?!!Oh my God!--Portugal and England together? can those 2 teams ever see each other face to face again? Italy and france--after what ZZ did? the world cup would never be able to use a slogan like "A time to make friends" ever again. "A time to make enemies" would be more appropiate. but maybe putting together 2 teams that played PEACEFULLY together during the Cup would be a safer suggestion.

That's already happening! most European teams are getting players from their African colonies except for Italy. Look at the French team, at one point I thought it was team Jamaica.
