Yes because they smell, and they walk on places that they shouldn't walk on, like tables and counter tops.

No way. One of the easiest animals to take care of! From my experience, most people that hate cats are either allergic or never really hung around one before. My boyfriend used to hate cats hands down!! Then he met my cat and my roommates' cats; a month later he got one of his own, saying he never knew unique each one is, much like a dog!

Cats do have their own unique smell (when you sniff their furr up close), but don't 'stink' unless they are maltreated or sick perhaps.
Sorry, I have 3 cats, have always loved cats and tell people I will be one of those 89 year old 'cat ladies' with 12 cats (all looked after I might add)... LMAO

don't hate cats have 23, all rescues of one kind or another.
Turkish Van and Persian are pure, all the rest are ???
Biggest surprise was the JRT getting along with the felines. doesn't always happen.

i love cats so much because you have to work for their affection and they can use a litter box! But above all they purr and are so soft!:-)

i hate them because when u pet them all the fur get over ur cloths and sometimes it gets in2 ur mouth
