Let me give you some advice.
One morning a driver eased through a stop sign. A cop pulled him over and wrote him a ticket. The man tried to explain, "But officer, I slowed down."
"Sir, the sign says, stop! Doesn't say slow down."
Next morning, same driver, same stop sign, the guy eases through. Same cop. Same ticket, same explanation.
Third morning, same driver, same stop sign, they guy eases through. Same cop, same ticket, same explanation.
The cop reaches in the window, grabs the guy by the collar, pulls his head a ways out.
"There's something you don't understand, the sign says, stop, not slow down."
The cop begins to hit the guy on the head with his club.
"NOW, DO YOU WANT ME TO STOP OR SLOW DOWN?

As much as people that ignore "Slower Traffic Keep Right" signs. In Cali, the fast lane is the right lane, everyone goes straight to the left lane.

Yeah...who doesnt?
I mean, I can see at times they're necessary which is fine - but it's frustrating too to pull up to a complete stop at a dead quiet intersection or residential road...just 'cos. Especially if you travel that road frequently - and it's always quiet.

They're a nuisance when you're late, but imagine if we didn't have them. Some people don't have common sense or courtesy. People would be crashing into each other all over the flippin' place!

Apparently, bicyclists do. I almost ran over a couple in the past week as they blew through them. One even flew through a red light several seconds after it turned red. A Mercedes nearly creamed him as she accelerated well after the light turned green for her.
