I try to sit about 4 or 5 rows from the screen, it's bigger that way. :P

A few rows back so the screen will fill my field of vision. Also has to be in the centre so the guy with the "bladder burster" size soda is not stepping on my toes or whacking my seat as he goes to the restroom every 20 minutes. I'm willing to give up the leg room on the aisle to enjoy the movie uninterrupted.
Prefer to see my movies at the Drive-in . There it's first row centre.

In the middle about 3 rows back or the first section where there aren't any seats in front of you(Not the 1st, 1st row where you'd have to lean back and look at the screen, but the 1st row....it's hard to explain; this is a huge cineplex with multi levels....

My coworker says middle of the row, toward the back. I prefer to be slightly left of center, and few rows ahead of the middle, but not in the front.

As your walking down the ilse...downhill...then it starts going up hill again, right at the crest of the uphill. It's usually 4 to 5 rows from the screen.

I like to sit wherever I can see the best, though I usually pick the first row behind the railing so that I can put my feet up.

Towards the back and to the left side. I prefer towards the back so you don't have to move your whole head around to see both sides of the screen.

Middle, toward center isle. Middle works best for my eye sight, plus the sound is awesome because you get both the front and back speakers equaled out. And, toward center so I don't have to keep my head turned and can get out quickly for restroom or refreshments.
