I saw your answer on another question about how cats can survive lots of things like how yours survived this attack.
I also saw that you asked previously about having this kitten with a "really big vicious siberian husky" so clearly you were aware that there was a risk of an attack but you put them together anyhow. I'm assuming this is not a joke so I'm trying really hard not to call you all the things I'm thinking right now. Oh god it's hard.
If your kitten was attacked and has signs of paralysis, then there is SERIOUS trauma to the cat. Serious as in she could very well die and it will be slow and probably painful and frightening for her. No movement in her lower extremities - even if by some complete miracle she has no internal bleeding and damage to organs (aside from the fractures and/or dislocations of bones) - means no pooping or peeing, as well as possibly no blood flow to anything below a certain point in her spine. Think about this for just a minute and you will realize that there are many horrible implications for the outcome with your kitten. Multiple organ failure, bleeding to death due to internal injuries, infection from any punctures the dog made during the attack, shock, and a massive stroke, heart attack, or respiratory failure are a few things that seem entirely likely in this scenario.
It is neglegent of you to NOT look for an emergency clinic to take her to. Your vet is an idiot who should have refered you to an emergency clinic, and if you love your other animals, you should find a new vet.
You can call the local police (not the 911 but the local phone number) and ask them if there is an emergency clinic in driving distance. This is what I did for my neighbor's dog who was hit by a car and "just" paralyzed in his hind legs. The dog died, but at least it was euthanized and not left to die sick, scared, and alone in a room while its owners marveled at how it survived the accident.

Paralysis usually does not go away. Maybe your vet can help out, though.
