Well, since you don't know anything about the President's policies or the operation of government, I guess he might seem lame to you.
1. President Bush believes gay people should have the same rights and protections as heteros. They just can't call it marriage. I don't see anything wrong with that if gay people get the same rights and protections.
2. It was Bill Clinton who signed the Defense of Marriage Act.

Be Christian to poor George. It's not his fault. He fell off his high chair while going to university and banged his head resulting in brain damage.
