I think it would depend on the situations at home. if the child is being abused. maybe. you should get a lawyer. talk to him/her. they could really help you. good luck.

ya as long as he isnt unfit, and it would be easier if u could prove the motha is or if the child is of age 11 or older then the child can deside to live with the father
