Also it is the accepted way to measure recurring events from one to another. Sunrise to sunrise, a day a sunset to sunset, a jewish day. moon phase to moon phase, a month. It is a strange coincidence that our rotation can be divided into 24 roughly equal parts. Therefore a 12 hour clock works great. But it is only because it is accepted that way.

Time is STRICTLY a human concept needed to separate events. There is no such "thing" as time being ticked off by some Cosmic Master Clock.

time is our perception of changes. on earth time is different than in some other galaxy. i don't get half of it either. read the book.

Time is a dimension of our universe. we measure our universe in time, space, mass.

velocity is space/time
energy is massxvelocity^2
etc.
