I have had several experiences that I could not explain. It left me to believe in some other force, whether it be a ghost, a spirt or another dimension. There is definitely something there. When I was about 12, one of my mother's friends died. We moved into her apartment. In the bedroom I was sitting on the bed and heard something. I looked around and noticed that the hangers with clothes hanging on them where moving in my closet, one by one. I told my mother and every time she came into my bedroom, it would stop. The second one was, when my mother and I just got home. As we were walking toward the house we heard the phone ring. We hurried to the door and unlocked it. The phone stopped ringing. We entered the front room finding the phone off the hook. I picked it up and a friend was on it. She asked what happened? She said "someone picked up the phone and I said hello and nothing, then I heard the phone being put down". My mother and I quickly hung up and search the one story house. We also called the police to see what they thought. They came out and were also puzzled. We didn't have any pets, so that explanation was out the door. Every door and window was locked. The front room was to our left. It was a matter of a few seconds from the time the phone stopped ringing to the time we got to the phone. So yes there is some other power, spirt or whatever.

I personally have never come in contact with a ghost/spirit but several of my friends say they have. We have old plantation houses around where I Iive. Many years ago slaves worked & lived there. If you've ever seen Skeleton Key, they're just like that. Anyway, when we were younger and there wasn't anything to do we would all go drink @ these vacant plantations or very old schools & even in the fields around them. You'd see lights flash on, strange noises, etc. Some people believed they were ghosts & others thought it was someone just playing around but it happened pretty often.

We have seen real sprits and we have heard real sprits. My husband one night ws sitting watching tv and this oval shape came down from stairs and when it got to the bottom of the steps it formed the shape of a lady dressed in 1800 clothes walked into the kitchen then into our sons room my husband followed it and she was standing next to my son bed she looked at ym husband and was gone. In the same house we had these dark orange colored spots on our hard wood floor and when I would mop them they would go away but when the floor was dry the next day the would be back they where not huge about the size of a dime or penny. Then one day when we where comg in from the park we heard a loud bang up stairs and then closet doors slam. We took off up stairs and when we got up there all the built in dresser drawers where opend and clothes on the floor and the windows where shut and no one was in there. so yeah ghost are real.

I personally don't believe in ghosts. My 39 year old son says he saw a little girl, about 7 years old moving through the hallway in his house on two occasions and in the day time. One day his mother in law felt a chill move through her spine and at that same moment she told him she had seem a little girl moving through the hallway and he told her he had seen the girl on two occasions. I trust my son and believe in everything he says to me except this. I tried to reason it out and told him that maybe he was day-dreaming, but after he told me that his mother law had seen the little girl too, I had my doubts, because I asked her and she said she had seen a little girl walking through the hallway, so I can't really say for sure what was going on. I told him to ask his neighbor if anything special had happened in that house before he rented it and the neighbor said that about 10 years before a little girl had died there. So I don't know what to say. I'm telling it like it is, so you be the judge in this case.

Yes. I have two in my house as we speak. My wife's grandfather made himself known yesterday. the back door of my house slammed. then the T.V. volume was turned up very loud on it's own. You see when he was alive he liked to play tricks on people. He usually turns on lights or moves small objects like my keys. My kids have seen him. They saw a picture of him, they had never seen him before, they told me that he comes in their room to play with them. The second is my wife's aunt who died at the age of four. I often hear her playing in the toy room when the kids are not home. She also runs through the house and we hear her giggle. The night before last my wife caught a glimpse of her walking down the hallway going to the kids room.

Nope, sure don't. I believe in tangible human beings with overactive imaginations who try to reverse the disenchantment experienced by them on their voyage to adulthood.

ghosts are not sentient beings. they are, to me, remnants of strong spirits who left too suddenly or just didn't want to go. this has something to do with chi.
