Not everyone is equally affectionate--especially people who have been raised with little affection and standards other than yours-i.e. that you don't show your feelings in public! If your wife treats you with respect, does for you, is with you, and does everything else a wife should do--then you really should not have to worry about anything. Plus, you can ask her. In fact, I do think that it could be best to approach the subject and then tell her how you feel about it. The response should really eliminate your doubt.

Maybe there's something behind it. I know I don't always give my hubby all the love in the world, but I work full time, have 4 kids, and am going to college. At the end of the day I'm exhausted. Most women will talk to you about it if they know that you are truly interested in what they have to say. Talk to her, find out whats going on with her, and see how you can help. It might take a little to get her to open up but don't give up.

Hi, Well i would recommend seeking professional help like counseling or if you have faith beliefs talk to a spiritual leader. Some one that can see both sides of the coin and is able to bring a fresh view of the relationship. Keep hope up and make sure you are trying your best. There is one thing I would say that "you can't make someone love you but you can be someone who can be loved" keep loving her. I really do wish you and your wife the best. I do pray that your relationship would get stronger and the door of love would open to the fullest.

In a marriage, it isnt always smooth sailing. However, after many years of being with the same person, we tend to take certain things for granted. Things such as her likes and dislikes, habits and preferences. I reckon there are couples who have fallen out of love simply because the "jazz" has disappeared to thin air. Still, every relationship is worth the salvage...Do try to communicate and better yet, take a trip say down memory lane OR simply go on a vacation you both never been before. Wives are like mistresses too, there's a need to pamper...Also, we should view ourselves at times to understand our partners behaviour...Maybe you should try to find out whether there is indeed a problem with yourself and try to change in certain aspects to accommodate..Good luck.

First ask your self if it's you. It's hard to face yourself and correct problems with personalities or physical turn offs. Be good to your wife, pamper her, dote on her and treat her like the queen she is! Tell her she's beautiful, especially when she feels ugly or down. If she's in her 40's make sure she gets a specialist in bio identical hormones to get her life straight, really! Send her flowers for no reason. Do the dishes, give her a foot massage.

How long you been married? things cool down after a while. My husband isn't as affectionate as I am but I know he loves me. Thats just the way he is. Tell her how much you appreciate her and see if she gives it back to you. Some people need nudging. m

Has her behavior changed or has she always been reserved in expressing herself? She may love you as much as always, but doesn't show it the way you'd like.

Talk to her about how you feel. If she really doesn't feel the same about you, there really isn't a point in staying married.
