I have a blog on blogspot, and can someone tell me how to upload a map? (like the direction maps, without the text directions)

Why don't you use a link to a Google map?
Go to maps.google.com
Search for where you want the map of
Get the right level of detail (zoom in)
Click on "Link to this page"
Copy and paste that link into your blog.

if your map is a jpg file
u can make a tumbnail pic for puting on your blog
and when peoples click on it go and see the actual size of map
u can upload your pics on:
http://i1.tinypic.com/
and use urls for puting the pics on site and make hyperlink
