When you say something to conservatives without quoting a source, they ask, "what is the source". When you mention the source, they say "we don't trust that source". Isn't it convenient? Much of Israel's "might" has been lent to them by the Western nations as reparations for the six million Jews killed by Hitler. As a tiny nation with hardly any resources they don't really have much to offer.
So why does USA act like it must protect Israel's interests? Those of you responding adversely, are you Jewish or do you have any business interest in Israel? Why are you so concerned about Israel being able to defend itself?
In the same token, if Israel has the right to defend itself against acts of aggression, why don't Iraqis have the right to defend themselves against aggression? (Invading a country is an act of aggression, I hope you realize). So Iraqis are terrorists and insurgents for wanting to defend their country from aggressors but Israelis are patriotic for wanting to defend their country from aggressors.
Pick a side people. Don't talk out of your a$$ and mouth at the same time.

One for, eight against (me not included). I can't be against it. I haven't seen any proof of the statement. Mind you, based on the lies you've told in the past and tried to cover up, your track record here in Yahoo! Answers isn't very good. Bad idea to present good evidence (much of what you say about Israel is true, but highly biased and one-sided), with lies and made-up rumors. It kinda makes the less educated dismiss you out of hand. Note, I still read you posts and DO click on the links. Most of it I already know, but I've learned a few things.
Very important folks. Don't match the biased with your own biases. Information is never dangerous. Information that is seen in isolation without the other sides is very dangerous. Get it all. Even the lunatic fringe has it right sometimes.
Sometimes even I get it right. When I don't, I change my mind.
Give some evidence next time, please.

Prove it. And you won't succeed showing me and other enlightened individuals any U.N. Israel -demonizing resolutions. The U.N. is a global body ripe for the One World Government and One World Religion which will be under the leadership of the coming Antichrist. Enough of your anti-semitism. Hang around for the tribulation period, join the anitchrist and his armies in getting SMASHED in the valley of Megiddo when the LORD and His armies come to save all of Israel. Gee, - now why would God defend Israel? - you may wonder. Better if you investigate rather than wonder. My personal opinion is that even IF Israel kidnapped two "Palestinians" (Arabs), they must have had a very good reason to do so. I have no sympathy whatsoever for Israel's enemies.

Media reported differently in my country. But they are pro-American biased very often, so I would not be surprised. Not so many people watch Al Jazeera in Europe or at least Rusian TV for some alternative information. Differencies of news presentation are terrible sometimes.
For MrCool1978: in which territory? Would you be happy to be arrested e.g. by some N country special servives for bad comment on their country when you live in your country?

where did you read that...where is THAT link...i think it is your hate propaganda of israel...or maybe you read it in "flies out of my butt" paper...
The Arab nations initiated four wars against Israel:
1948 War of Independence
1956 Sinai War
1967 Six Day War
1973 Yom Kippur War
Israel defended itself each time and won. After each war Israeli army withdrew from most of the areas it captured (see maps). (see Camp-David Accords). This is unprecedented in World history and shows Israel's willingness to reach peace even at the risk of fighting for its very existence each time anew.

the priority is that the two sides sense entitlement to their very very own hatred. as quickly as we hate we dehumanize our objective. this facilitates us to rationalize homicide. despite if politically or religiously inspired the top is the comparable. somebody is ineffective and somebody is status over the corpse screaming to the worldwide settle for that they do no longer seem to be evil via fact the guy they simply killed deserved dying for no longer believing despite the slayer believes. So in answer to your questions: The crimes in Gaza are the comparable ones as continuously and perpetrated via the two area at one time or yet another. Your translation from despite center eastern tongue you communicate leaves syntax errors open to interpretation so i might say the information isn't silent and that i visit examine with you yet no longer blindly upload my voice to yours. i'm no longer silent yet there are different sounds to be heard than the ululating call for Jihad. And the Human rights are nevertheless there. this all of us understand via fact the attackers anticipate and grant those rights to one yet another. The question is "the place is the perception of Humanity?"

Yeah, yeah, we get it. Israel and Jews are bad. Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, Syria, and murderous Muslims are good. We get it, already.
