I can't believe nobody has mentioned this film... some of the films already mentioned are pretty stupid but are have moments of mild intelligence...
But there is no doubt at all that the stupidest movie ever made (and probably ever going to be made) by FAR is:
Freddy Got Fingered - starring Tom Green
Even teenage boys are shocked by the utter stupidity of this film. It is definitely an unbelievable mind-numbing experience and most people including myself cannot sit through the whole film, it is that stupid

Chronicles of Narnia. The acting was soooooooooooo awful-each character's reaction to entering Narnia was like they just walked into a nice little candy store. And the older girl laughed when her brother came back to life! Not only that, the special effects were terrible. I really expected more out of that movie.

A Life Aquatic. You'd think a Bill Murray movie would be funny but it wasn't. What was he thinking? Now I probably will never see another Bill Murray movie. We were so bored watching it.
