After a while, when and if you develop a very close intimate relationship where it will not be taken wrong. To jump right in and ask would be more threatening and would only drive her away whether or not she does. It's actually normal for boys and girls to masturbate but it's just not something that you talk about or even ask. If you have been going out a while and everything else is great then you can work into it easily but I still don't think it's that important. Certainly not important enough to risk a great girl for.

No. It's rude, tacky, and really none of your business. It's beyond disrespectful, and if she's a girl with any sort of self-esteem and personal values, she'd dump you in a heart beat if you asked her that.
Now, if you're married and you travel alot, and you're curious..then you can ask. Up until that point, mind your own business.

Not only is it ok its something that may enhance your sex life together. I really believe that anything goes in the bedroom there is nothing wrong if she does it in front of you or vise verse.
