Too young? Tara Lipinski, only 24. Has the Lolita quality about her. Talented, seems like fun to be with,single, not on most radar screens.
Old Babes, I mean mature? Vanessa Williams at a nice 43. Again like the others she's talented, worldly, beautiful and Available. Older than I prefer at 35. And hell, she was Miss America! Can't beat that.

It would have to be Ryan Gosling of the Notebook.
He is famous, but not the kind of fame that such superstars as Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise receive, so there may be some shred of privacy still left. He is an awesome actor, and not afraid to do the roles that he likes, even when he played a Nazi...
Not to mention he is good looking, that's always a plus...
