my pupils are to differnt sizes ones about the size of a nickel and the other is the size of a pinpiont I also wear contacts anybody got any ideas?

Have you used any eye drops lately? Drops such as visine contain trace amounts of the same drugs used by doctors to dilate your pupils. This is a common cause of unequal pupil sizes happening suddenly. If this is not the case you should consult your optometrist. Unequal pupils could be a sign of a brain tumor AT WORST- so it's best to get it checked out! Good luck!

Have you hit your head on anything recently? Not being a smart a**, but if you have you may have a concussion; you might also want to visit your doctor to be sure you are okay.

Contact lenses may not be good to the eyes and you have to take care of your lenses every day.
It is best to consult a doctor. :-)

Stop wearing the contacts and go see an optomitrist (sp?).
