My younger son had reflux, and was on Zantac from birth to about 6 months. He didn't have any problems sleeping at night at all. He didn't actually start sleeping completely through the night until he was between 10 - 11 months old, but it wasn't because of the reflux...that was long gone by then. He woke up just because...well, I don't know why. Because his binky fell out? Because he kicked his blanket off and was cold? I dunno...he's sleeping through now (at 12 months).

My son has reflux, but does not take medication for it. He is on soy formula thickened with rice cereal. He's almost 1 yr. old now, and has pretty much stopped spitting. He has been sleeping through the night since he was about 4 months old.

This issue should be discussed with a professional, not here. Your babies health could be seriously in danger!
