I have a music file stored in MY Music folder and it's an mp3 file. I want to delete this file.... I have tried to right click it and presss delete but the delete option won't come up. I have also tried to drag it into the recycle bin, but that does not work either.... Does anyone know anything else?

Go to Start and run msconfig. This will bring up your stat menu options. Deselect everything in your Service and Startup Tabs. you'll have to restart your PC. After this, you should be able to delete the file.

After you've deleted it, run msconfig again and select everything in your Service and Startup tabs. Reboot

Click on the file and then press the DELETE key if u have not tried this already if that dose not work. Right click on the file, select properties and check at the bottom of the box where is says Attributes, if there is a tick next to the box read-only click on it to remove the tick and try to delete it now. If that dose not work u will have to download a program called "DiskDeleter ZW 1.0.1" From

OPEN the directory that contains the file; SELECT the file that you wish to delete; HOLD DOWN the 'alt-key' and TYPE the letter 'F'. The file-menu will open. SELECT 'delete' and PRESS the 'enter-key'.
