When looking for advice I try to go to people I know or at least suspect have been through whatever it is I need advice on. I also make an effort due to the fact that I am only 20 to go to people who have had plenty of life experience. For example if needing advice on dating issues dont go to some other young single person who cant resolve their own dating issues just cause they are your friends go to someone who is married happily and find out the secret to their success.

I'd first go to my mom and then my mentor. Of course it would depend on what I needed advice on (somethings I wouldn't want MOM to know).
