He can't pick #23!! That is goin to be a big controversial, and that's like disrespecting MJ.
Even MJ can't use he's #23 when he came back from he's 1st retirement.. remember he had #45..
So the bottom line is I know JR Smith is a big fan of MJ, but that's all he's lucky enough to be with the bulls.
