Anybody using Bell television service in Toronto ?

Is anybody using Bell's television service in Toronto? The digital sigals come from phone line and the technology called VDSL, and need a set-top box, monthly fee $20 for 1st year, after that $27, I love TLC (the learning channel)and LIFE channels, if I use this service, can I see these two channels? Hope someone happens to know and tell me please, I will setup the order and cancel Rogers cable TV.

This is my first time to hear of it. I thought Bell already have satellite tv (Express Vu), but when I checked their website I found what you say is true. It might worth to give a try
