What do you mean locate? Like find them on a map with a red blinking dot over their house?

u can search it there
or add the yahoo id to your yahoo messenger friend list
so u can talkh whit him/her when he/she is online

you can click on their picture/name etc. and it will take you to their profile page, where it will say contact this person by email. click on that and then follow the directions, its that easy.
