I'm guessing - I think it's Romani (or are we talking Chav here?)

Dordi! is an exclamation
mush is a man
kecker (or keker) I can't find a meaning for but it's used as a verb and, perhaps, as an adjective, it seems.

"Dordi! Keker mush." would seem to make sense.

Finally, my researches lead me to suspect that it means something like:

"B*gger me! Shut up, man!"

But I could be wrong :)
