Check your local theaters. Around here, once a year some of our theaters sell costumes they used in different productions. You might call the theater and ask or they might know someone who could make something like that for you.

Nahh too ordinary ;D... Just kidding, you could also go for something really unique like a giant baby powder or chocolate chip cookie. Or a lamp or toilet. Or Eggs and Bacon for couples. Enough of pirates or soccer zombie costumes!! They're so overused! XD LET'S RULE THIS HALLOWEEN WITH SOME BAD@SS RANDOM COSTUMES NO ONE WOULD EVER CARE TO THINK OF!

I'm afraid I don't have any ideas... a couple of local theatre groups did "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" and "Snoopy! The Musical" and both had to have someone make the Lucy dress. Sorry. :(
