Only tell her if you have proof to back it up, or help her see it. Other than that it can be a really sticky situation. You can give her anonymous tips.

I tried telling my brother of his unfaithful girlfriends deeds and I had proof and he still didn't believe me. But since it's your brother doing the deeds then she may believe you, but like I said try to have proof or do it anonymously.
