Is there such a thing as a bluetooth enabled webcam?

Your best bet would be to use a IP Cam. Typically the frequency for an IP Cam is the same as Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n) 2.4GHz. These Wi-Fi IP Cams will have a MUCH greater range then a bluetooth cam. Bluetooth has only a range of a few meters, where as Wi-Fi can go a couple hundred feet.
