I am a Republican and know (or want to know) very little about Ann Coulter. Coulter is just another mouthpiece for those who don't want to do their homework. True Republicans distance themselves from the Rushes and Coulters of the world. Although I do tune in for a laugh now and then.

I personally stopped believing that Coulter actually thinks the stuff she "writes" is true when she came out with all that "McCarthy was a hero" crap. That's when I realized she was just saying insane stuff to sell books, and make lots of money from conservatives.
Anyone with a lick of sense knows what McCarthy was.

Don't you know that with each group of people, there's always a smaller group that are extreme in their views that the majority of the group, as a whole, wholeheartedly disagree with? Real conservatives don't agree with or even pretend to like Ann Coulter. I'm not a conservative but even I know that.

Why was Michael Moore given a seat of honor beside Jimma' Carter at the Democrat National Convention?
Moore's nothing more than a sleezeball.

unfortunately, Ann is the only semi-attractive republican in America. So it's like with all of these no talent (Britney Spears type) pop stars, she's the face to move the product.

I think I've heard at least one talk show conservative talk against her, maybe two. I agreed with them. She went over the edge, and can hurt their party more than help it. At least in my opinion, anyway.
