When I pee I feel like a ticklish sensation rise from genitals upwards toward my abdomen. Is this a possible UTI?

Symptoms of a UTI = burning or /and pain upon urination, urinary frequency, lower back pain and fever. Only a urine test can truly diagnose. You should be drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water a day to keep your system flushed unless you are on fluid restriction.

When I get them I get a burning feeling when I go to the bathroom and I have to pee a LOT. I also get a pain in the lower back (kidneys)

You'll know you have a UTI when you have to pee every 20 minutes and it is only a little bit and it hurts hurts hurts.

yes it gets to where it will burn. you better get some meds.
