how do i turn a lined vest?

i cannot figure out how to turn a lined vest to make it reversible!Help!

When you sew it together (lining), do not sew up the whole seam on one of the side seams. Leave a partial opening. Then sew it to the garment. Then pull it right side out thru the opening. Then you have to hand stitch the opening. It's kinda tricky to sew because as you are sewing it's kinda like being inside a cave, but it can be done. Good luck.
