It's not an exterior wall. (It worked fine on the exterior wall.) It is humid here now, if that has anything to do with it. The wall we're having trouble with is comprised of plaster over concrete.

The little bubble-holes are visible from about 2 feet away, but no farther, so they are quite small.

After you pour the plaster, tap the container on a hard surface to get the bubbles to rise. The bubbles will come out. Once your mixture is bubble free you should be as right as rain!

If you are using the plaster to paint on, this trick might work. Mixing the plaster in a small batch I would place the container in or on a vibrator and while vibrating the bubbles all come to the surface. The plaster can then be spread smoothly and without any contained bubbles. This is also how to make plaster of paris molds when you want a smooth surface without any air bubble indentations

if you stirred your plaster with high rpm's that can do it, but there are many possible causes.
