I found out mine did one night when I was squeezing them. They were hurting and felt like they were "full" and I started just massaging and squeezing them. Next thing I know I had little droplets coming out. This was at four months pregnant. By seven months I could shoot the shower curtain. It always felt so good. I wish I could have been able to breastfeed my daughter, she rejected me after four weeks of trying and started becoming dehydrated, she was nursing every ten minutes for about five minutes on both. I had to stop. :-( I hope I can do better when the next baby is born. But I don't think it was really me, she didn't like the breastshaped bottles either, she wanted the "normal" small ones.

some women never experience this during pregnancy (if at all at 5-6 months). It usually happens right before or after giving birth, and can sometimes take awhile to stop it if you are not breast feeding.

I actually started at the beginning of the third trimester. It got ridiculously worse by the last month. Remember to wear the breast pads that you can put in your bra to help absorb the leakage. They'll be right next to breast pumps in the store.
