That's ridiculous. That isn't even an option.
But honestly, their country will fall apart shortly after we leave, no matter what the time frame, so I guess, theoretically, it doesn't matter.
A new leader will emerge, and run the country just like Saddam did.
It's inevitable.

No. Using the "cut and run" strategy would result in a secular bloodbath of epic proportions and in all likelyhood hand over the state of Iraq to Al-Qaida and the Taliban.

they should take all the residents of Iraq and tag them with gps devices and create a system that tracks all persons at all times. until all the criminals are weeded out.

yes I think, we should with the reason being that one of the top dogs in the govt, yesterday said that Jews were behind all of the muslim killings and mosque bombings because no way would muslims kill each other.
With that sort of crap we should leave them all to kill each other...screw em.

No,first we should pull all our troops to the oil fields,drain them dry,THEN leave.While we`re at it,pull all our troops home and deploy them to the borders.Screw the rest of the world.We have enough long range missles to get anyone anywhere.
