Yes I would resort to cannabalism in order to stay alive. Especially in circumstances such as the ones during the Alive scenario, where the people are already dead. Furthermore if I died in such a scenario and others were still alive I would want them to use whatever meat I have on my bones to stay alive themselves. Its common sense. In spite of all our accomplishments and advances which place hunger, cold, and thirst at a comparitively safe distance from ourselves those three things will always be mans greatest enemies. We are hard wired by instict to survive, and I think many people who say they wouldnt eat human flesh to survive are just lying albeit possibly even to themselves.

2. If I did, I wouldn't start killing people so I could eat them...only if their dead
3. It's no worse than eating any other animal...of course, I would have a hard time eating a cow if I were given the body rather than a package of meat, so...

this is realy wierd coz I thought about this Q last night,but wasnt quite sure how to put it!! Anyway, the short anser isYES I'd eat anything if I knew it would keep me alive, and I think if any of the other answerers were put in the position for real, they'd be cooking the meat for me :-P

No, I'd really rather starve to death and logically if two people were starving they'd both be as weak as each other, so by the time one the first one died the other would be too weak to eat them anyway.

I love it when a fat person gets on the plane. If you crash and survive, you eat for months with a greater chance of being rescued.

It is repugnant to think of doing it, but when it's life or death then yes! Even the Muslims can eat pork if it's a life or death situation!

It's easy to say you never would, until you find yourself going mad from hunger. Then you might think of it in a different light. It's human instinct to fight for self-preservation.
