Where are the most diverse cities in America?

I want to eventually settle down in a nice diverse place, preferably in the U.S. Does anyone have any ideas?

Minneapolis, MN is. Or at least it is the most diverse city in the Midwest.

New York used to be were all the immigrants came to. Maybe Miami or LA. Don't come to Detroit though. We have a rep for being the most segregated city in America. That's just black white though and it is changing I think. We have lots of middle eastern people here. Really the whole country is made up of immigrants and descendants.

I live in Los Angeles and I think this is as diverse as a city can get.

Los Angeles is home to one of the largest communities of Asian-Americans of any city in the United States. Filipinos form the largest Asian ethnic group.
