Hey, you ever get that annoying person around you that won't let you bash their favorite celebrity?

I mean, what is that? The celebrity doesnt know you exists and insults you in all of his/her crap anyway and probably would insult you to your face if he/she had the chance.

Its about respect, plain and simple. Don't know how you would feel if someone bashed someone or something you liked. Its one thing to say hey I don't like this person and then leave it at that. But its another to purposely bash a celeb you know someone likes. Are you doing it to make a point or to be annoying and shove YOUR opinion down someones throat.

I don't expect people to like the same musicians or actors that I do. I also don't mind if someone expresses that. What I do have a problem with is if someone tries to make me feel bad for who I like or try to change my mind.

By the way a celeb would only insult you if given just cause to do it. I've met quite a few and never had it happen to me. Now there are a few who have reputations for not being the nicest people on the planet but I've yet to run into one of them. Respect is the name of the game folks!

Well, In this case I would be the annoying person, ya see I'm protective over my family & celebs dead or living. Like if someone starts bashing Princess Diana it brings me to tears!!! I'm also protective over Shohreh Aghdashloo, Meryl Streep,Dolly Partn,Dixie Chicks, Dixie Carter, Jean Smart, the list goes on & on. I don't mind if people dont like the celebs i do but that doesn't mean they can bash them. It all has to do with respect & curttesy. I dont' lik eparis hlton, but my friend does, when she asks my opinion I tell her I don't like her,but i dont go any further cus i dont want to hurt anyones feelings, but that friend turned out to be a bad friend so o well.lol. but i still didnt bash Paris!! SO thers my answer.

If you have to bash the celebrity, why not respect the wishes of this "annoying person" enough to wait until he/she is not around? If this celebrity is as bad as you say, I'm sure you can find OTHER people who you can complain to, who would agree with you.
