the sexual act stimulates the glands of the body to secrete fluid. this is not restricted to the sexual organs but all gland types may be affected by the chemicals produced in the higher centres of the brain after a pleasurable experience.
women also may experience a thinning and greater of mucosal secretions during sex for exactly the same reasons
