Yes it is better to love and lose it than to never love at all. When you are in love you try to make yourself a better person. Without that connection with another person, you may never know what you are capable of. ALL love is lost at some point. People pass on or move to another place. Love is ever changing just like your mind and body.

Definitely!
despite the fact that at the moment of losing your love, you feel as though you're dying and would probably agree that not loving is the answer. Later on, the memories of being with your loved one(s), represent some of the happiest times of your life.
I would never trade that in!

very hard question & i totally can't decide which is better,
to love & then lose that love & keep feeling great grief when u remember that love but on the other side u still gained the great experience of the wonderful feeling of being in heaven just because u are near or with your beloved
or
to never have that great feeling so u can't really understand the meaning of losing a part of your self by losing your beloved one but u still feel that deep inside u there is a great part that u can't really find because u should have filled it with loving some one??????????
u see it is really strange question because by that question u are making me choose between the feeling of grief on the lost beloved one or the same feeling of grief on the lost feeling of love it self.........

It is absolutely better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all. Experiences, good or bad, are extremely valuable as you learn from them.

To me, it is better to have loved and lost for reasons so well expressed by Nicholas Cage in the movie City of Angels.
It was worth loosing eternal life just for one of her kiss, one of her touch, one of her embrace.
To never love is unimaginable to me. Loving keeps you alive, even when you have lost. For who will keep the memory alive if not you!

the thing is that wen u get loved and then lost u sure do learn how life goes but u get hurt real bad, real, real, real bad---i hate it wen guys hurt gurls--argh
newayz its a good thing never 2 get loved at all so that u wouldnt ever get hurt by anyone
and the bad thing is that u wouldnt have any idea how world is until u dont experience it
both have an advantage and a disadvantage!

I believe so. My Steve was the light of my life for over 20 years before he committed suicide on December 16, 2005. I consider my loneliness and grief now as just payment for having the privilege of loving him and having his love for all that time. It really was worth it, although there are times when it is hard to remember that.
