"the rain in spain falls mainly on the plain..."
its a classic and a musical, i believe.

That is soooooooooo "My Fair Lady". Professor Henry Higgins teaches Cocney flower vender, Eliza Doolittle to speak proper Queen's English and passes her off as a lady in British high society.

It was "My Fair Lady" starring Audrey Hepburn in the 60's. Fairly easy to find, you can probably pick it up at a rental place.
