Checked it out on Google Earth. It's a blurry shadow of a building complex shaped like a swastika. I don't know San Diego at all, but perhaps it's a naval complex? The address is corner of Roi and Tulagi Roads. Can't help any further. Sorry!

You are looking at the Naval Amphibious Base, part of Naval Base Coronado. It is in ZIP code 92155.
From the look of it, this set of 4 L-shaped buildings appear to be 4 or 5 stories tall, and almost form a centerless swastika-like pattern, when seen from above. Most likely these buildings are for residential use, based on the amount of parking, pathways, landscaping, and neighboring land uses.

Hmmm - I checked it out on Google Earth too - and I come up with a location just off the Baja California coast ten miles south of the U.S./Mexico border. It's either San Antonio or Playa Guijarro. I used 32.403309, -117.092852 as my coordinates.

32 degrees
40 feet and 33.09" going North
117 degrees
9 feet and 28.52" heading West

I'm assuming that this is a boat or ship's record of travel.

Do I win??? Am I right???

I was only guessing - I really have NO idea!
