means you voluntarily choose not to get child support or atleast a new modification for child supprt!!!

Im not sure who is dismissing this but it means basically that hte petition to have the child support portion of your divorce decree changed has been dropped/dismissed. Usually this is done by the one who filed the petition in the first place. Child and spousal support are the only 2 things that you can petition the court to modify/change in a final divorce decree

it means the person who was filing for modification of child support voluntarily gave up on the case and had it dismissed.
