I own a traveling trailer, i heard that there is a car battery that re-charges itself after it gets low, this would be great for dry camping. Is there such a battery

Think of a battery as a 1 gallon milk jug. When the milk is gone, the jug cannot refill itself.

I'm afraid not, but you can buy a small solar charger to mount, and each sunny day will charge it for you.
