England tends to have a different line up of players when playing the Euro cup then the world cup and now Swen is out I am very Interested in S McClaren the new coach to see what he can do that Swen has not been able to produces..Enthusaism...True teammanship..yeah...Yes England can beat Portugal, the history, the un-finished history and the new history... the gifts that is what Penalties are a gift...I think we will see something we have not seen for many years...."Rule Britannia"

Isn't this,like, really OLD news?
If you check out the date on the article you linked to it says "Last Updated: Tuesday, 18 October 2005". Plus on the 5th paragraph, the article mentioned that "the seedings for each country have been based on qualifying for Euro 2004 and next summer's World Cup in Germany".
You should refer to FIFA's (for World rankings) or UEFA's (for European rankings) recently released rankings if you wanna know who the real and CURRENT top seeds are :)
